  Routing paper forms physically around your office is very slow, very expensive, and makes it impossible to track where anything is. We replace manually routing physical paper forms with eForms Software to electronically route paper forms within your office or from office to office. Software is available to purchase or in a “rental” or monthly fee subscription basis(Software as a Service) where no software needs to be purchased upfront.

  Stop shipping paper forms from branches to HQ

  Shipping paper forms from remote offices is replaced by filling out an electronic form at remote offices and submitting them electronically to the home office. From that point the form can be routed electronically, electronically signed, transfer collected data to your back office systems, and finally automatically be indexed and stored in any Document Management Software product for retrieval later.

  Fillable PDFs on your web page is NOT eForms

  PDF forms on your website that can be printed and then filled out or filled out and then printed are a good step in the right direction, but don’t offer you much benefit or cost savings since they still have to be printed and manually processed. By installing eForms software to fill, submit AND route forms electronically instead, manual steps are skipped and any sloppy handwriting issues are avoided, and your processing time for each form is slashed.

  Email Routing is NOT eForms

  We also replace using email to route forms with eForms software since email routing offers absolutely no way to track where a form is or apply any business rules (i.e. route a new order form to Order Entry first, then to Accounting, and alert the sales rep if this takes longer than X days). Pricing ranges from high volume enterprise to inexpensive SaaS models where no upfront purchase of software is required. . . just a monthly “rental” or subscription fee based on volumes.
