LiquidOffice to EMC Documentum ApplicationXtender
Provides an Export plug-in to LiquidOffice to allow LiquidOffice forms and attachments to be released into EMC Documentum's ApplicationXtender for document management and document-based workflows. Forms may also be released to EMC Documentum's WorkflowXtender, triggering workflows and also released for full text indexing. Connect agent utilizes connectivity to EMC Documentum via the Binary Office Universal AXConnector, a .Net WebService. Attachments are released in their native formats. LiquidOffice forms are released as PDFs. Support for TIFF conversion of documents using Server- Side Conversion is available at additional charge.
LiquidOffice to Xerox DocuShare
The LiquidOffice to Xerox DocuShare Connect agent is built by Binary Office, Inc. utilizing the LiquidOffice SDK and the DocuShare SDK. DocuShare is a web-based document imaging and collaboration software product manufactured by Xerox. LiquidOffice is an eForms software platform developed by Cardiff. Binary Office is an authorized reseller for both LiquidOffice and DocuShare. The connect agent automatically stores electronic forms(and attachments) from Cardiff’s LiquidOffice into a DocuShare collection, even if the collection does not exist yet. Custom export rules and field mappings can be set for each form from within LiquidOffice.
The general features of the connect agent will allow a form author(user publishing LiquidOffice forms) to pick an entry point to automatically store forms completed in LiquidOffice into a DocuShare collection. Setup can be customized by the form author on a form-by-form basis and document metadata specified as text, field values, or a combination of both.
The LiquidOffice form author may define LiquidOffice fields to be used to build the folder hierarchy in a DocuShare collection for storage and retrieval of completed forms and attachments. The process will allow the connect agent to build these DocuShare collections automatically on the fly. Collections will be built from data that exists on the form in the order they were defined. Once LiquidOffice fields are mapped to DocuShare fields, fields can be added to a “Dynamic Folder List” which allows the export to build a dynamic folder hierarchy during export if the folders (collections) do not exist. Dynamic folder creation will use the fields listed (fields can be listed more than once) in the order they are listed and these will be created under the “Collection Entry” point defined during Connect Agent setup. Fields used to perform Dynamic Folder creation CANNOT be empty.
The process of designing and building collections dynamically from completed forms will minimize the administrative task of manually pre-building DocuShare collections and painstakingly matching folders manually to forms.
TeleForm to EMC Documentum ApplicationXtender
Provides one-step export setup to Documentum's ApplicationXtender with Application Selection, Field Mapping, and Export File options. Setup information is validated against Legato for required fields and types. Export’s once defined can be complete through scan or batch mode processing. Forms images are processed according to the export specifications (combine all, with form in front). Supports TIFF, Multi-Page TIFF, PDF and JPG exports. Images and Indexes are automatically inserted into ApplicationXtender during export with support for integration with WorkflowXtender. Additional files can be attached during export and process through the image viewer for type conversion to Legato supported format including foreign files.
Product is implemented via COM/DCOM as an Inprocess Server. Requires ApplicationXtender to be installed on the workstation and requires MSXML3. Product is supported directly by Binary Office, Inc., a development version is provided to the VAR (a resale agreement is required). Install Package, Scripts, and Documentation Provided.
TeleForm to Xerox DocuShare
The TELEform® to DocuShare connect agent automatically exports form images and field data(metadata) collected from paper forms into a DocuShare collection. Paper forms are scanned with TELEform®, an automated data collection software product from Verity, Inc. TELEform has the ability to read handprint, machineprint, bubbles, checkboxes, etc from scanned forms. The data read is automatically used to setup a DocuShare collection and store the form. If a DocuShare collection does not already exist, one will be created.
Forms Design users in TELEform can set the initial DocuShare collection to which each form should be exported. Based on field data read off each form, sub-collections(folders) can be dynamically created and automatically populated during the export. This will allow for the automatic creation of the appropriate hierarchy of folders within each DocuShare collection.
